The Strategy and Administration Director operates at a tactical, strategic and operational level across the Advantasure organization reporting up through the President. This individual will have oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between various departments or leaders' areas of responsibility. The Strategy and Administration Director should be nimble in helping meet timely business needs or gaps and proven experience in a start-up environment with demonstrated ability in change management.
