Cassandra (Casey) Willis-Abner has joined Press Ganey as Chief Human Resources Officer. Willis-Abner most recently served as Senior Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Experience Officer at Trinity Health, a multi-institutional Catholic health system that serves diverse communities that include more than 30 million people across 22 states. At Trinity Health, Willis-Abner led the design, development, and implementation of the system’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategic model and systemwide plans, and she played a pivotal role in developing the system’s comprehensive consumer and workforce engagement strategies.
